Employees receive new energy product leasing tasks on the CTF platform. Upon clicking the “Start Work” button, the company’s operations department will perform precise regional matching and dispatching of your new energy equipment based on user demand across various global regions and current product inventory levels. After each leasing task is completed, the CTF platform will charge the leasing customer the corresponding fee. The company then allocates 60% to 70% of these collected fees directly as compensation to the employees who successfully complete the tasks.
